Architecture
ATEK352N4 Block Diagram
ATEK352N4 is a wideband voltage variable attenuator housed in 4x4 mm surface mount package. Attenuator operation range covers 2-40 GHz. Usable band high frequency goes down below to kHz region and up to 40 GHz. RF input outputs are matched to 50 ohms internally. Evaluation Board, bare die, custom package, and module options are available upon request.
