5G Infrastructure
We design and supply RF components for the full 5G access and backhaul chain. Sub-6 GHz massive MIMO base stations require highly linear, thermally efficient power amplifiers and low-noise receive front-ends. 5G mmWave access — at 24 GHz, 28 GHz, 39 GHz, and above — requires wideband ICs with very low phase noise and tight amplitude and phase matching across large antenna arrays.

6G Research
Sub-terahertz and terahertz frequencies are attracting significant research interest for 6G applications. Our InP and advanced GaAs process capabilities extend into the D-band (110–170 GHz) and beyond, enabling us to design IC solutions for researchers and early adopters of 6G test platforms and prototype systems.
